ASUS “Tinker Board” allows 4K video playback with HD audio for just RM285!

In the mean time, ASUS also launched their ARM based single board computer with a quad-core CPU – Tinker Board with better components than RasberryPi.


The Tinker Board is as small as other Adruino or RasberryPi computer board but it is powered by a quad-core Rockchip processor. It supports 4K video playback at 30fps and even offers 24 bit high definition audio playback. The Tinker Board comes with a microUSB port, a HDMI port and a 3.5mm audio jack. It also comes with few USB 2 port and the RJ45 ethernet port. The board is powered by 64bit Rockchip processor with Cortex A17 clocked at 1.8Ghz with integrated Mali T760 GPU. It also offers dual channel LPDDR3 storage RAM and twice the storage capacity compared to the industry standard RaspberryPi.
