During the panel discussion between Samsung and AMD on the DDR5 RAM development, Samsung has plan for the release 1TB DDR5 RAM in 2024. Currently the aim for this product is targeted toward server based environment as data center requires more RAM capacity.
Such DDR5 RAM will capable to comply with DDR5 7200 RAM frequency specifications with transfer speed up to 10,000+ MT/s
