HMD Global has recently announced the upcoming Nokia T20 in Malaysia’s tablet market. It is designed for home and business uses.
The T20 has a body thickness of 7.8mm while WiFi and 4G variant is at 465 and 470g respectively. There will be a 10.4 inches display with 2000×1200 resolution, capable or reaching 400 nits. Apart from meeting business requirement, T20 is also further certified for low blue light emission.
It has a 8MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera, supporting Nokia OZO audio technology for its microphone and speakers.
It is powered by China made UNISOC T610 SoC, which doesn’t follow other model that uses Snapdragon processors. This is paired along with 4GB RAM and 64GB of ROM and able to support microSD expansion. There will also be a 8200mAh battery that can last 15 hours of web browsing, 10 hours of video playback and 7 hours of call.
It also supports facial recognition unlock, certified for IP52 water resistant and has a 3.5mm audio jack.
By default it will be powered by Android 11 and Nokia has promised its at least two years of software upgrades and 3 years of security patches. This model is also certified under Android Recommended Business Products and supporting Google Kids Space services.
