During the F8 developer conference, Facebook announced that that Messenger users can now create and share content with third party tools and allows direct communication for business. Facebook also rolls out certain business company as their business partner where customer can communicate with business partner directly for product info. Users can now receive updates from the product purchased without opening up email application.
Besides, the messenger content apps from Facebook also allows users to create and discover content such as animated images and video and then share it among with friends. Those content can be created by Messenger companion apps and each content created from different application will be attributed in the link.
Facebook has begin to invest effort in the future of Messenger after launching series of application and development from credit transfer to business communication. It is likely that online buying will be less hastle in the future.
